My Story

I’m so glad you’re here!

​

I started perimenopause at 35, and it was a bloody nightmare. I had no guidance—for years my GPs told me I was too young, offered antidepressants, and basically left me to it.

 

I struggled with:

​

  • Weight gain and losing muscle

  • Fatigue and constant brain fog

  • Achy joints and bones

  • Horrific migraines

  • Heavy, unpredictable periods

I’ve worked in the fitness industry for 15 years, and the last five years I’ve dedicated myself to figuring out what actually helps women through this stage. I’ve gone back to basics, tried and tested everything that works, read every book, article, and report, listened to every podcast and interview, and completed every course and qualification I could find.

​

I am obsessed with helping women figure this out because I know first-hand how frustrating it is—and how much perimenopause symptoms affect every area of your life: missed events, time off work, struggling to keep up with children, parents, friends. Days spent feeling exhausted to the bone, knowing you’re the backbone of your family, your work, your friendships—and having to dig deep and just carry on.

 

I’ve helped women 1:1 to:

  • Lose the weight that crept on suddenly

  • Gain confidence in the gym

  • Try new experiences they may have shied away from before

  • Lift weights to get stronger

  • Wake up feeling energised

  • Build a community of friends to keep them accountable
