The Fitness in Your Forties Club – Everlast+

Feel like your body’s changing and nothing’s working the way it used to? You’re not imagining it — your 40s and 50s bring real hormonal shifts that can make fitness feel confusing, frustrating, and downright overwhelming.

​

The Fitness in Your Forties Club is here to change that.

​

This is a small-group strength training club designed for women 40+ who are new to the gym, coming back after a break, or simply feeling a bit lost since the Everlast+ refurb. You’ll train alongside other women who get it — building strength, confidence, and friendships in a supportive, down-to-earth community.

​

You’ll have:

​

  • A training plan to follow, so when you're not doing a group session you’re never wandering around aimlessly wondering what to do next

  • Small group strength sessions led by myself who specialises in women’s health and fitness over 40

  • A focus on form, technique, and confidence

  • Monthly socials (think brunches, coffees, maybe even a wine bar in Bridgford...)

  • Opportunities to try things like Hotpod Yoga, hiking days, and other fun community events

The gym can feel black, masculine, and a bit scary — but that’s exactly why we’re creating this space. A community for women who want to feel stronger, fitter, and more at home in their bodies and their gym.

Together, we focus on:

  • Strength training that supports your hormones, muscles, and long-term health

  • Boosting energy, mobility, and confidence

  • Building a lifestyle that helps you feel genuinely good again

Strength Training Made Simple Masterclass

A 60-minute, face-to-face session designed to get you feeling confident on the gym floor. I’ll guide you through resistance machines and free weights, teach you proper technique, and show you how to train safely and effectively.

​

You’ll leave with a personalised beginner strength plan — and the confidence to walk into the gym knowing exactly what to do and why.

​

Prefer to train with a friend? You can split the session (and the cost!) — half the price, double the fun.

 1:1 Personal Training 

​

Designed specifically for women in their 40s and 50s navigating perimenopause, menopause, and all the changes that come with shifting hormones.

 

Your program will focus on:

 

Strength training that builds muscle, supports hormones, and improves confidence

Fat loss without restrictive dieting

Boosting energy, joint support, and overall wellbeing

Step-by-step guidance so you feel confident using free weights and resistance machines, not just cardio

You’ll receive a personalised plan tailored to your goals, experience, and lifestyle, with ongoing accountability and support to keep you consistent and motivated.

 

Sessions take place face-to-face at Everlast+ Gym, West Bridgford, and no gym membership is required — you work with me directly.
