My story

I hit perimenopause in my mid-30s — and felt completely lost.

There was no support, no conversation, and menopause was seen as something "old women" deal with — not for someone in their 30s or 40s.

I'd worked in fitness for over 15 years, but perimenopause changed bloody everything. I couldn't recover from workouts, my strength dropped, I put on weight, I was exhausted and brain-foggy — and I started noticing my clients going through the same thing. That's when I made it my mission to dig deeper, and Live Your Best Midlife was created.

Perimenopause and menopause are whole-body transitions. Your hormones touch everything — metabolism, muscle, bone, brain, mood, gut health, even your immune system. The way you live during this time shapes how you feel now and your health for decades to come.

That's why I'm here: to share everything I've learned through qualifications, courses, research, podcasts and lived experience — so you don't have to navigate this alone, overwhelmed and guessing.
