I'm Jenna, women's personal trainer and menopause specialist. I started the Live Your Best Midlife Club because I hit 38 and was overwhelmed, exhausted, and fed up with how confusing health, fitness, and nutrition had become — especially whilst juggling family, friends, careers, and busy AF lives.

Even working in the fitness industry, I found myself thinking… what is going on with my body? Why am I so fat and bloated, why was I tired all the time in a way sleep didn't fix. My energy felt all over the place. My brain didn't feel as sharp.

I kept seeing the same thing happening with the women around me. Everyone just seemed to be getting on with it, thinking this was just how it had to be.

But when I started digging into it, it became obvious there wasn't one clear place that brought everything together. There's information all over the shop — Instagram, Facebook, Google. It was all bits of information — diet advice, hormone talk, random fitness plans — but nothing that actually joined it all up in a way that made sense for busy real life.

So I built this because I needed something simpler. Somewhere you can actually search what's going on with your body and get straight answers. Somewhere that connects the dots between hormones, training, nutrition, sleep, and symptoms. And somewhere that doesn't make you feel like you're doing it wrong, or adding another thing to your already very full to-do list.

The Live Your Best Midlife Club is part search engine, part resource hub, part support system. Built for all you 40/50-something women who are tired, confused, and just want someone to explain it properly — so you can just get on with living your best midlife.
